Adjunct Assistant Professor, researcher, and founder of the Global Dress and Textiles Study Center in the Fashion Department at Ä¢¹½´«Ã½. Also a PhD candidate at the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM), specializing in Media, Advertising, and Public Relations. Holding a BFA in Fashion Design and an MA in Contemporary Culture, his interdisciplinary research examines how fashion imagery and visual representations of clothing construct, circulate, and transform cultural meanings.

Working at the intersection of fashion studies, visual and material culture, and gender studies, his research explores the relationships between garments, images, and the cultural narratives through which fashion is understood. His doctoral research investigates the cultural translation of Yohji Yamamoto’s work through fashion ephemera, examining how visual communication, editorial imagery, and printed matter mediate the interpretation and circulation of contemporary fashion. Broader research interests include fashion archives, photography, ephemera, material culture, and the relationship between design practice and visual representation.

With over eight years of experience in academic teaching, research, and departmental coordination, alongside professional experience with fashion brands including Zara, DelPozo, Esaú Yori, and Bode, his work brings together scholarly inquiry and industry practice. The research and teaching focus on expanding how fashion is studied, taught, and interpreted through material objects, visual culture, and interdisciplinary approaches to dress history.
